Subtitles For YT is a free Chrome extension developed by Yash Agarwal that allows users to add subtitles to any YouTube video. It supports uploading .SRT files or zipped .SRT files for movies, and it also allows users to search and use subtitles directly from OpenSubtitles.org and Amara.org. The extension supports all languages, but not all videos on YouTube have corresponding subtitles in OpenSubtitles.org and Amara.org. The extension provides keyboard shortcuts to enable/disable subtitles, precede and delay subtitles relative to video, decrease and increase subtitles size, and move subtitles up and down.
